Dress Code - Items to Wear and Bring Along

Wear (just a selection, but you can try all of them at once!):

• Any item of clothing that features a quote from the show;
• Capril T-Shirts;
• The cartoonised Get This T-Shirts (by Sarah Young);
• Satiny Caftans
• Towel Capes (clipped with a bulldog clip);
• Other types of capes (bath towels acceptable);
• Hessian sacks
• Anything else that could be seen as show related! (especially if it is home-made)

Other necessitiesYou are also encouraged to bring an MP3 player/walkman/radio with you to listen to the show (you should also know by now to turn it off or down when there is music on) during the course of the show.

Cameras and video recorders are also encouraged, so that we can all upload to Flickr and YouTube and remember the day (as well as see what happened in other cities).

Don't forget to bone up on your Toto/Keith Urban/Nic Kershaw/Howard Jones et. al. lyrics and bring along banners promoting the show and featuring quotes and in-jokes.

When: Wednesday 17th
Time: From 5pm until the F.U.I.C runs out.

Donations recieved on the night go to Beyond Blue in Richard's name.

Other states are having same style gatherings, but have yet to confirm.

BRISBANE RIP MARSLANDO DRINKS

Any Brisbane fans of Richard Marsland who'd like to meet for a drink tomorrow (Thursday 18th Dec, 2008), here's where we'll be:

TRANSCONTINENTAL HOTEL, GEORGE ST (OPPOSITE ROMA ST TRANSIT CENTRE)

6pm til....uh, well, not sure really

LOOK FOR: I'll be wearing a red Stereolab tshirt (weird silver emblem on the on front, yellow collar and sleeve trim). I'll also put a sign on the bar / table that says "Richard Marsland is riding the Vengabus!".
