The busy backbone of the Get This team, it is she who has the arduous task of attempting to get the team to stick to the time schedule. Often Tony will make reference to the amount of fingers that she is holding up as a sign of how over time the segment has run. Despite being almost sideswiped by a mysterious car in late 2007, this did not deter her from managing Tony's brain explosions, Ed's appetite and Richard's random lotion-application sessions.

Nikki is also the only team member to have children, and in a true Get This moment, gave birth to her second child, Buster, 20 minutes before the final show went to air, at 1.40pm on November 23rd, 2007. There was much mirth and amusement over her increased appetite during her pregnancy, however, now that the little one's popped out into the world, Ed will have no more competition in the scarfing-tuna-salad stakes.

Despite the fact that the child was born 2 weeks early, Tony has stated that Nikki was pregnant for 'All of this year (as of November 2007), as well as most of last year', though this may be due to an elaborate hoax involving pillows.
